Chargebacks
We expect our customers to be diligent in reviewing their credit card and/or bank statements and expect that on occasion a customer may not remember that they have made a purchase from our store. We are charged $45 by our Merchant Processor for each chargeback initiated by a customer, even if it is determined that the charge is a good charge. A credit card chargeback (initiated by the customer) without that customer first contacting Internet Enterprise Group to determine the origin of charge will result in that fee being passed on to the customer.

Sales Tax
Products shipped to residents of the state of Colorado, USA, are subject to state sales taxes. Sales taxes will automatically be added to your order. The amount will be confirmed at the time of payment.

Order Confirmation
Upon our receipt of your completed order, your order will be assigned a confirmation number. Please record or print this number for future reference. If you would like additional information about your order, please contact our Customer Service Department by calling 1.888.420.4569 or using the 'CONTACT US' form to your left.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders generally ship from the warehouse within 48 hours after processing. Please allow 7 to 10 business days after processing for delivery of items in the continental U.S., International orders may take longer. Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. We reserve the right to change carriers from time to time as necessary to ensure timely delivery. Please log online to check your order status.

Shipping
Many factors contribute to the shipping costs calculated by the shipping database system. Costs are calculated based primarily on the total number of boxes, total weight, final destination zip or postal code, total insured value, dimensions, residential delivery surcharges and signature confirmation. Because product packaging, weight and shipping rates are also subject to change without notice, the Store cannot guarantee that Members' shipping charges will exactly match the UPS, FedEx & USPS databases. On all international orders, the Customer will be responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees and any additional freight fees required for international delivery. We reserve the right to change shipping methods as needed. Please read our SHIPPING NOTICE for additional shipping information. We do NOT charge any additional handling fees.

Back Orders
Customers will be notified if a product ordered is temporarily out of stock. Customers will be issued a refund or may choose to wait for the items to become available. Once available, the items will be shipped immediately.

Expected Availability
Items identified with "EXPECTED AVAILABILITY" dates may be ordered for immediate shipment upon arrival at the warehouse. Occasionally these expected availability dates change before the product actually becomes available. We will notify you by email as necessary if such occurs. Your credit card will be charged at the time you order if you order online.

Order Changes/Amendments
Generally, the Customer should assume that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed in any way. However, if the Customer contacts the customer service department as soon as possible with a change request, it may be possible to amend the order. Because shipping charges vary based on several geographical factors, even address corrections can result in extra fees. The Customer is responsible for supplying accurate shipping information, and is accountable for any and all losses due to such errors.

Cancelled Orders
Once an order has been placed with the Store via the Internet, it can only be cancelled if it hasn't yet been shipped to its final destination. Any shipping and/or handling charges that may apply to return the cancelled order are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Merchandise
Permission for the return of any merchandise must be secured from the Store return department. No shipments will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. No returns will be authorized after 14 days from the receipt of the shipment by the Customer. Returns must arrive at the warehouse within 10 days of the authorization for the return. Once a return has been authorized by the Store returns department, the Customer must:

1. Return the item to the address given to the Customer by the returns department.
2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the box or package.
3. Keep shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.

Returns shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. The Store can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach its returns department.

The Store will notify the Customer of their refund via phone, E-mail or standard mail, once it has received and processed the returned item. The Customer can expect to be issued a refund within 3 business days of the Store's receiving their return. The Store can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of Store error. Customers are responsible for all freight charges on refused shipments or returns, except when due to Store error. The Store is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses due to product defects, errors in shipping of orders, or other errors. The limit of the Store's liability is the replacement cost of any item the Customer purchased from the Store.

Refused Shipments and 3rd Attempts
Any order refused or deemed to be undeliverable after three attempts by the freight carrier, will be canceled and refunded. No shipping and handling will be refunded. Customers still wanting their order fulfilled will need to place a new order with the store, including payment.

Damaged Shipments
Items damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the freight carrier, and claims should be filed immediately. Any missing or damaged cartons must be noted by the recipient, on the freight bill. If the Customer notices concealed damage after the driver has left, they are instructed to keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to arrange to file a claim. The Store is not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Manufacturer's Defects
If a product appears to have a manufacturer's defect, contact Customer Service for instructions. Do not return products to the Store without first contacting us to receive instructions. Returns of defective items require a Return Authorization number. Packages without a Return Authorization number written clearly on the package will be refused, and the Store will not be held responsible for the ultimate disposition of such shipments.

Freight Charges
Customers are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned for any reason other than Store error. The Store is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses due to defective products, errors in shipping orders, or other errors. The limit of the Store's liability is the replacement cost of any item the customer has purchased from the Store.

Warranty Repairs
The Store is not a warranty repair station, and therefore makes no express or implied warranty whatsoever with respect to any merchandise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The only warranties provided are those of the manufacturer, as contained in each manufacturer's package. To avoid delays, all requests for Nebo warranty information, repairs, and claims, and any shipments should be made directly to the manufacturer after calling them at 1.800.255.6061 (Alliance Sports Group). Liability Statement
You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
